Description

Mushaf is a free and user-friendly app designed for reading the Quran, offering a comprehensive digital experience known as an electronic Quran. It comes packed with unique features to enhance your reading, listening, and memorization experience, making it an excellent tool for both adults and children. Additionally, it includes interpretations for deeper understanding.

The app boasts an in-built paper Mushaf and Tafsir, allowing you to access these resources without an internet connection. It features an advanced index that organizes the Quran by parts and Suras, with the option to search within both indexes for ease of navigation.

Mushaf provides multiple copies of the Quran, including Mushaf Al-Madina, Mushaf Al-Tajweed (colored according to Tajweed rules), and Mushaf Warsh (Rewayat Warsh An-Nafei'). For an immersive experience, it offers gapless audio playback with recitations by many renowned reciters, covering Rewayat Hafs, Warsh, and Qaloon.

Search functionality extends throughout the entire Quran text or specific Suras, and you can easily share Quran text or images. The app also includes Arabic Tafsir with commentaries from notable scholars such as Al-Saa'di, Ibn-Katheer, Al-Baghawy, Al-Qortoby, Al-Tabary, and Al-Waseet. For those interested in translations, the app provides text translations of the Quran's meanings in English and French.

For grammar enthusiasts, Mushaf includes E’rab (Grammar) of the Quran by Qasim Da'aas. It also supports a split-screen feature for simultaneous viewing of the Quran and Tafsir. Navigation is made simple with page switching via swipe or volume buttons, and bookmarking a page or verse is as easy as swiping the bookmark handle.

Additional features include the ability to keep the screen always on while reading, a night mode for comfortable viewing in low light, and the option to convert Quran text to your preferred font size. The app syncs recitation with the Aya position on the page, highlighting the Aya as it is recited. Users can repeat verses, keep audio playing even when the app is closed, and control audio playback from the notification bar.

**App Permissions:**

To ensure a seamless experience, Mushaf requires internet access to download necessary content such as recitations, translations, and Quran page images. It also needs access to file storage to save these downloaded contents for offline use.
