Boerenbridge, o Chinese Pooping, es un juego de cartas estratégico en el que los jugadores predicen su puntuación en cada ronda. El objetivo es estimar con precisión la cantidad de trucos que ganarás. Cada ronda comienza con un número determinado de cartas repartidas a cada jugador. Los jugadores, comenzando por el jugador a la izquierda del crupier, pujan según la cantidad de bazas que esperan realizar. El mejor postor establece el palo de triunfo.
Una regla crucial: el último jugador (el crupier) no puede ofertar un número que haga que el total de bazas sea igual al número de cartas repartidas en esa ronda. Por ejemplo, en una ronda de 7 cartas, si los jugadores ofertan 0, 3 y 2, el crupier no puede ofertar 2 (0 3 2 2 = 7).
El juego avanza a través de rondas, comenzando con una carta por jugador y aumentando una carta en cada ronda hasta alcanzar un máximo (dependiendo del número de jugadores; con cinco jugadores, el máximo es diez cartas). Después de la ronda máxima de cartas, el número de cartas vuelve a disminuir hasta la ronda final con una carta. El jugador con la puntuación total más alta al final gana.
