La revolución digital Devarattam: un tributo a la aplicación móvil

Esta aplicación, producto de mi proyecto "Revolución Digital de Devarattam", está dedicada a preservar y promover el arte de Devarattam. Rinde homenaje al Sr. Kalaimamani M. Kumararaman (maestro jubilado), al Sr. Kalaimani M. Kannan Kumar y al Sr. Kalaimani K. Nellai Manikandan de Zamin Kodangipatti, ganadores de los premios KALAIMAMANI, KALAIMANI y USTAD BISMILLAH KHAN YUVA PURASKAR, respectivamente. Mi gratitud también se extiende a mi Guru, el Sr. E. Rajakamulu, y a las estimadas leyendas de Devarattam.

La aplicación sirve para mostrar Devarattam y sus profesionales de renombre. Devarattam, una danza folclórica tradicional de Tamil Nadu, cuenta con una rica historia, interpretada durante generaciones por la comunidad Rajakambalathu Nayakkar. Si bien contiene 32 pasos básicos, el baile puede incorporar hasta 72 pasos, muchos de los cuales son variaciones de los movimientos centrales.

Devarattam Los bailarines actúan con gracia, empuñando pañuelos en cada mano y adornados con tobilleras salangai, con el acompañamiento rítmico del instrumento musical Deva Thunthumi.
