Additionally, the patch includes improved localization for French, German, and Chinese languages, enhancing the gaming experience for a broader audience.

In other news, Sandfall Games' Creative Director Guillaume Broche recommended another RPG released the same day as Expedition 33. In his message via Expedition 33’s Twitter (X) posted on April 30, Broche urged fans to check out The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy. He stated, "After your Expedition, check out The Hundred Line, another great turn-based RPG that was also released last week, and made with love by an awesome team."
This recommendation came in response to The Hundred Line’s co-director Kazutaka Kodaka's earlier shout-out to Expedition 33 on Twitter (X) on April 28. Kodaka praised Expedition 33 and encouraged fans to explore both RPGs, emphasizing the unique experiences each game offers.
Despite facing competition from other notable RPGs released around the same time, including Expedition 33 and Oblivion Remastered, The Hundred Line has received "Very Positive" reviews on Steam. Meanwhile, Expedition 33 continues to lead as the highest-rated game of 2025, having sold over 1 million copies in just three days.
