As shared in their recent X (formerly Twitter) post, Hades 2 has been in early access since May 6, 2024. Supergiant Games celebrated this milestone by expressing gratitude to the fans for their support and indicating that they are steadily approaching the game's full release.
Their post stated, "It's been incredibly exciting and eye-opening as we've worked to realize the potential so many of you see in our game. Thank you for all your feedback and patience as we get closer to the finish line!"
The original Hades followed a similar early access route, taking 22 months to reach its full release. Supergiant aims to bring Hades 2 to full release sooner, with plans to launch it first as a time-exclusive on the Nintendo Switch 2.
