In an exciting development announced back in January, Bluepoch Games unveiled details about their upcoming collaboration with Ubisoft for the Reverse: 1999 x Assassin's Creed crossover. This thrilling event, set to launch on Android, iOS, and PC in August 2025, will bring the iconic Ezio Auditore da Firenze from Assassin’s Creed II into the world of Reverse: 1999 as a playable character.
The collaboration will celebrate two beloved entries in the Assassin’s Creed series: Assassin’s Creed II and Odyssey. A teaser released in January showcased Vertin navigating a rainy street, with the glowing Assassin’s Creed logo illuminating the distance, setting the stage for what's to come.
Get Ready to Welcome Ezio from Assassin’s Creed into Reverse: 1999!
The full plan for the crossover has now been revealed. It will unfold in two distinct phases, each featuring unique Assassin’s Creed-themed stories and events. Phase I will transport players to Renaissance Florence, where Vertin and her team will navigate the 15th-century Italian landscape, deciphering cryptic clues along the way.
Phase II will shift the setting to the ancient world of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, immersing players in the historical backdrop of Greece. Fans of the game will recognize familiar events as Vertin and her crew become entangled in the narrative.

It’s a Special Crossover
This crossover marks a significant milestone for Reverse: 1999, as it will be the first time all servers worldwide will be synchronized, ensuring that everyone can access the event content simultaneously.
Reverse: 1999 is a time-traveling RPG that blends modern and retro aesthetics. Players assume the role of Vertin, the Timekeeper, who is immune to a mysterious phenomenon called The Storm. Following the storms, entire eras vanish, prompting Vertin and her partner Sonetto to journey through different time periods to rescue other arcanists affected by these temporal shifts.
