Announced during Sony’s State of Play 2025 with an enthralling debut trailer, *Tides of Annihilation* is a single-player, narrative-driven action adventure game developed by Eclipse Glow Games. This game promises to blend “intense, breakneck combat, an immersive narrative, and an unforgettable setting,” setting the stage for a remarkable gaming experience.
Set in a modern-day London ravaged by mystical otherworldly forces, you step into the shoes of Gwendolyn. As you explore the city's iconic landmarks, you'll call upon spectral Knights of the Round Table to aid you in combat and confront enemies inspired by the Arthurian mythos. The game ups the ante with battles against gigantic bosses that loom as large as skyscrapers, promising epic showdowns.
Eclipse Glow Games, a new studio based in Chengdu, China, is backed by investment from the Chinese conglomerate Tencent. Comprising over 100 developers with experience from renowned franchises such as Yakuza, For Honor, Assassin’s Creed, Persona, and Prince of Persia, the team is poised to deliver an exceptional game.
