Both controllers boast a similar design, featuring detailed Geralt of Rivia-inspired etchings. The iconic wolf medallion that Geralt wears is prominently etched into the center of the controller. According to the official blog post, these controllers also showcase Glagolitic script, the oldest known Slavic alphabet used in the game. Additionally, the right grip sports the distinctive red claw marks that form the "III" on the game's cover, adding to the thematic allure.
Beyond their Witcher-themed aesthetics, these controllers maintain the high-quality performance of their standard counterparts. Personally, I consider the current Xbox controller to be the best I've ever used—comfortable in hand and durable enough to withstand the rough play from my kids.
The Elite Series 2 model offers several premium features to justify its higher price. It includes adjustable-tension thumbsticks, hair trigger locks, and a wrap-around rubberized grip.
