Wuthering Waves has just rolled out its Version 2.3 update, aptly titled "Fiery Arpeggio of Summer," and it's happening in four exciting phases. This update not only marks the game's first anniversary but also celebrates its launch on Steam, making it accessible to PC gamers as well.

This update is packed with new characters, captivating story arcs, and a host of event content that will keep you engaged for the next month or so. If you've reached a decent Union Level, there's a lot for you to explore. The update kicks off on April 29th and will run until June 12th, 2025.
Dive into new storylines like "A Blaze in the Dark" and "Your Summer Will Never Wither." Plus, a fresh wave of Phantom Echoes awaits, including Crownless (and its Nightmare version), Nimbus Wraith, and the sneaky Chest Mimic.
To celebrate this milestone, log into the "Gifts of Grand Celebration" event from May 23rd to June 11th. If you're at Union Level 8 or above, you'll earn Radiant Tides and a Moment of Resonance. Don't miss the official trailer for a sneak peek at what's in store:
There are more login events to look forward to, including "Gifts of Grand Reunion" (April 29th to June 11th) and "Gifts of Melodic Verses" (June 5th to June 19th). These events will reward you with Radiant Tide, Lustrous Tide, Astrite, Modifiers, and a plethora of upgrade materials.
New and Returning Minigames
The beloved "Cubie Derby" makes a comeback, serving both as a warm-up leisure event and a spectator event. Roll the dice, move your Cube across the board, and collect rewards like Phantom: Chest Mimic and Flight Aspect: Laureate.
In the first phase of the update, you can pull for Resonators such as Lumi, Taoqi, and Yuanwu, along with weapons like Dauntless Evernight, Overture, and Hollow Mirage. This phase will run until June 11th.
