Clash of Clans is set to launch a transformative update in March 2025, delivering changes long requested by players. This overhaul introduces some of the most impactful features yet, with several outdated elements being phased out.
Instant Troop, Spell, and Siege Machine Deployment!
Players can now engage in consecutive attacks without delays, creating a more dynamic battle experience. Hero recovery times have also been eliminated, ensuring your heroes are always ready for action. This update applies to players in Titan League and below, while Legend League retains its daily eight-battle cap for now.
This shift aligns with Clash of Clans’ ongoing efforts to streamline gameplay by removing obsolete mechanics. Following the elimination of training costs in 2022, the complete removal of training times empowers players to enjoy uninterrupted gameplay.
Accompanying these changes in the March 2025 update, Training Potions and Training Treats will be discontinued as they are no longer needed. These items will be removed from in-app purchase bundles, and any remaining in player inventories will be converted into Gems.
Introducing the Match Anytime System!
When real bases are scarce, the new Match Anytime system lets players attack snapshot bases—preserved versions of real player bases under Shield protection.
These battles mirror standard multiplayer matches, offering loot and trophies without impacting the defender’s resources. Already used in Clan Wars and Legend League, this system now extends to multiplayer battles.
Another key adjustment involves Trophy Curves. With more battles possible per session, trophy rewards from wins will be scaled back. Additionally, Clan Castle request timers will be unified at 10 minutes for all players.
