Following a short delay earlier this year, Grand Outlaws has officially launched. Hardbit Studio announced the open-world mobile shooter is now available on Google Play in the US, starting May 15th. Global audiences will need to wait for the broader release.
The developers utilized the extra time to enhance the game, expanding locations, optimizing performance, and adding new content. This ensures a richer, more stable experience as the game prepares for its full launch later in 2025.
Grand Outlaws offers three main modes at launch: Battle Royale, Racing, and Deathmatch. Designed for fast-paced action, these modes feature intuitive mobile controls, quick weapon and vehicle access, and extensive customization options. Players can seamlessly switch between modes or explore the open world at their leisure.
Currently Android-exclusive, Hardbit Studio has outlined a multi-platform strategy. The full Android and Epic Store release is slated for July or August, with iOS and PC versions via Steam and Epic following in October. Console versions for PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch are planned for 2026, with cross-platform play in development.
Future updates will introduce new modes like Heists and Destruction Derby, live events, a cinematic story mode, and expanded customization for characters and hideouts. Brand partnerships and seasonal content are also in the works.
