Serving as a direct follow-up to the surprise hit of 2023—which itself rebooted the mediocre 2014 original—this installment returns players to the harsh realm of Mournstead. In this new chapter, the world is fracturing at its core, and the boundary between life and death begins to dissolve.The reveal trailer introduces a fresh protagonist, temporarily referred to as "the Lampbearer," who confronts various foes and what appears to be one of the game's primary bosses. The title has been officially confirmed for release in 2026 on PlayStation 5, with an initial gameplay showcase scheduled for later in 2025. Players can now add the game to their wishlists.
