The emmy app is your gateway to seamless mobility. It allows you to locate a nearby electric roller, reserve it, and unlock it with ease. Once you're ready to ride, emmy takes care of the rest—we ensure the e-scooters are fully charged and equipped with two helmets of different sizes and a mobile phone holder for your convenience.
Creating your emmy account is straightforward:
- Download the emmy app and register for a one-time fee of €4.95, which includes 15 free minutes.
- Sign up and verify your EU driver's license. Once your account is approved, you're ready to ride our electric mopeds.
- Use the app to find and reserve an electric moped near you for free.
- End your rental by parking the emmy roller in a public parking lot within our designated business area.
How Do You Start an emmy Electric Moped?
- Open the helmet box by pressing the red button and retrieve a helmet.
- Remove the moped from the kickstand by standing with the moped between your legs and pushing the handlebars forward.
- Flip the red switch on the right handlebar to "ON" and ensure the side stand is fully retracted. If riding a Yadea, press the "P-button".
- Start the engine by simultaneously pulling the brake and pressing the "Down" switch on the left handlebar.

Unlocking the moped costs €1, and you'll be charged €0.33 per minute once you start riding. You can pause your ride at a reduced rate if needed.
