Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and City Safari Events Announced!
Get ready, Pokémon GO trainers! Two exciting events are coming your way: Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and Pokémon GO City Safari.
Pokémon GO Tour: Unova – February 2025
This in-person event, inspired by the Unova region from Pokémon Black, White, Black 2, and White 2, will take place in Los Angeles (Rose Bowl Stadium) and New Taipei City (Metropolitan Park) from February 21st to 23rd, 2025.
Expect themed habitats (Winter Caverns, Spring Soiree, Summer Vacations, Autumn Masquerade), shiny Deerling variants depending on location and time, and encounters with Shiny Meloetta (via Masterwork Research), Shiny Sigilyph, Shiny Bouffalant, and shiny Pikachu with special hats (via Field Research). Legendary Pokémon Reshiram and Zekrom will be Five-Star Raid bosses, Druddigon in Three-Star Raids, and Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott in One-Star Raids (all with increased shiny rates).
Tickets are available now at a discounted price: $25 USD in Los Angeles and $630 NT in New Taipei City. Add-on tickets offer extra bonuses. The event runs from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time (PST and GMT+8 respectively). Booths and team lounges will provide merchandise and relaxation areas. A global event, Pokémon GO Tour: Unova - Global, will also occur March 1-2, offering free Unova exploration for all trainers.
Pokémon GO City Safari – December 2024
Before Unova, join the City Safari event in Hong Kong and São Paulo from December 7th-8th, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time!
Team up with Professor Willow and Eevee to solve a Pokémon mystery! Receive a special explorer hat-wearing Eevee, and evolve it into Sylveon or Jolteon (keeping the hat!). The "Eevee Explorers Expedition" earns you a second hatted Eevee.
Encounter Galarian Slowpoke, Unown P, Clamperl, Oricorio (Pom-Pom and Sensu Styles), Swablu, Skiddo, and location-specific Pokémon. Maps will be provided, and Pikachu/Eevee visors will be available (first-come, first-served).
Tickets cost R$45 in São Paulo and $10 USD in Hong Kong. Add-on tickets offer extra items and increased shiny Pokémon encounter chances. Don't miss out on these exciting events!
