Vampire Survivors has just released a thrilling free DLC, the Emerald Diorama, which introduces a fascinating crossover with Square Enix’s renowned JRPG series, SaGa. This update represents the game's most significant expansion to date, bringing a fresh wave of excitement to its fanbase.
Emerald Diorama Infuses JRPG Elements into Vampire Survivors
The Emerald Diorama DLC introduces a new stage designed as a mini world map, enhancing the gameplay with a world-hopping experience. Players can explore this new environment and encounter over a dozen unique characters, ranging from puppeteers to singers with cursed melodies.
This update also adds over 16 new weapons and introduces the innovative Glimmer system, which allows players to randomly acquire new skills during their runs. Additionally, nine new music tracks have been added, enriching the auditory experience of the game.
To unlock the Emerald Diorama, players need to visit Moongolow and interact with a new merchant to purchase the Emerald Disk for 50,000 gold. From there, the content can be unlocked progressively. The DLC also introduces character parties, enabling players to form their own mini squads, adding a new layer of strategy to the game.

Additionally, the DLC comes with two new Adventures, which are mini-campaigns, each featuring six chapters. "To End an Ice Age" is designed for the base game, while "Tides of the Foscari" expands the narrative within the new DLC.
Complementing the DLC: Another Free Update - The Coop
Alongside the Emerald Diorama, the base game receives a free update called The Coop, which introduces a chicken-themed experience. Players can now play as a new character, Gazebo, and utilize a new weapon and relic that accelerates gameplay.
The Coop update also offers a range of new achievements and the opportunity to unlock Darkana. By collecting 500 lifetime floor chickens, players can unlock the full potential of The Coop. A useful tip for players: refrain from killing anything for the first minute of a Coop run to unlock the Gaze of Gaea, which can be further evolved with Parm Aegis to unlock Gazebo.
Vampire Survivors, including the free Emerald Diorama DLC and The Coop update, is available on the Google Play Store. The game now supports cross-platform saving, allowing players to continue their progress across PC, Xbox, Android, and iOS.
