In this adventure, players will navigate through 20 massive stages, collecting gold and treasure to purchase bonus items after each stage. Additionally, players can take a break and enjoy the game's delightful mini-games.
Upon its release in 2001, Wario Land 4 received high praise, earning a 9/10 from IGN. The review highlighted the game's variety in design and its challenging nature, which sets it apart from typical side-scrolling games by requiring players to figure out how to reach specific locations within each level.
Wario Land 4 marks the 24th Game Boy Advance game to be added to the Nintendo Switch Online library, joining other classics such as Mario Kart: Super Circuit, The Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap, and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team.
