With City Football Manager (CFM), you can become the mastermind behind your local squad in this exciting multiplayer football management game. As a manager, you'll go head-to-head with teams controlled by other players or bots in games that are automatically simulated on our servers, following a set schedule. Our game engine takes into account your strategic choices and the unique qualities of your players (over 40 attributes each!) to create realistic match outcomes.
Be among the pioneering fans to take the helm of your city's team! Currently, CFM features 32 countries including England, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Czechia, Egypt, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Morocco, Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, South Africa, South Korea, Turkey, Uruguay, and the USA. Each country's championship is structured into four divisions, with promotions and relegations at the end of every season.
Alongside the league, each country hosts a national cup tournament, where all teams compete on a knockout basis. Additionally, top teams from each country can qualify for two prestigious international tournaments: the Cup of Cups, for national cup finalists, and the Cup of Champions, the ultimate prize for teams finishing in the top two positions of their country's top division.
As a manager, you'll start with a squad of 19 players, with 11 playing by default. You have the flexibility to adjust their positions and select your starting lineup. Winning matches and tournaments will increase your fanbase, enabling you to upgrade your stadium and boost your team's revenue.
In the "Transfers" section, you can buy and sell players, coaches, scouts, and physios. If you're focused on youth development, you can invest in an academy that will produce two promising young players at the end of each season. Enhance your team's performance with facilities like fitness centers, training grounds, a theory center, and a physio center for quicker recovery.
The training section allows you to choose which players participate in sessions. With a coach, you can specify training types, and higher-level coaches will accelerate skill development. However, monitor your players' condition closely to avoid overtraining, which can lead to exhaustion, injuries, and reduced performance. A skilled physio and a well-equipped physio center are essential for fast recovery.
