Phasmophobia's Do As I Command Challenge: A Guide to Completion
Challenge Mode in Phasmophobia offers weekly, unique contracts with specific conditions and equipment. This guide focuses on the "Do As I Command" challenge.
Understanding Challenge Mode
Challenge Mode presents a rotating weekly challenge, resetting every Sunday. Challenges vary in difficulty, some mirroring standard investigations while others significantly alter ghost behavior or limit equipment. Successful completion requires fulfilling the contract three times (not necessarily consecutively) before the weekly reset. Correctly identifying the ghost is crucial for each attempt; optional objectives offer bonus points for prestige. A successful challenge yields a $5,000 base reward plus accumulated points.
Conquering the "Do As I Command" Challenge
The "Do As I Command" challenge is relatively easier than other Challenge Mode options. The ghost's activity is subdued, requiring you to actively elicit evidence. The contract takes place on the Sunny Meadows map (Restricted version excluded).
The challenge provides a Tier 3 equipment loadout, and the fuse box is functional. A significant advantage is the availability of all seven Cursed Possessions, conveniently located in the chapel.
Utilizing items like the Haunted Mirror or Ouija Board speeds up ghost location identification. The Voodoo Doll or Monkey Paw can trigger ghost activity to gather evidence, but be mindful of sanity drain and cursed hunts.
By strategically using these tools and understanding the subdued ghost behavior, you can successfully complete the "Do As I Command" challenge in Phasmophobia. Remember to consult other guides for further assistance with other Challenge Mode contracts.
Phasmophobia is available on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
