If you're a devoted follower of Hearthstone, Blizzard's hit World of Warcraft-themed card battler, you're in for a treat. Battlegrounds Season 10: Second Nature is set to go live on April 29th, and the new Embers of the World Tree mini set will be released on May 13th. Both updates promise to bring fresh excitement to your matches with new minions, card types, and other exciting additions.
The theme of the Embers of the World Tree mini set revolves around the Druids of the Flame attacking this ancient monument. Both the Druids and their Dream Defender opponents will receive new Imbue and Dark Gifts, with the Druids harnessing Fire Magic to light up your opponents!
The highlight of the mini set is the introduction of Smouldering Cards. These new cards gain strength the longer they remain in your hand, but be cautious—hold onto them too long, and they'll burn out and disappear. Strategic planning will be key to maximizing their value.

Beyond the mini set, Battlegrounds Season 10: Second Nature introduces several exciting features. Trinkets are making a comeback, offering passive power-ups on Turn 6 and Turn 9 for lesser and greater trinkets, respectively. You'll also have the chance to harness the power of the wilds with two new heroes: Cenarius and Buttons.
The minion pool will see a significant expansion with over 75 new and returning characters and Tavern spells. Additionally, the Season 10 Battlegrounds Track includes a variety of new themed cosmetics for completionists to enjoy.
